The Conflict Program’s appointed attorneys have provided indigent defense representation to people charged with a crime in Contra Costa since 1984. The program is administered by Independent Counsel Inc., a California non profit corporation, that consists of dedicated attorneys and individuals who wholeheartedly believe in equal access to legal representation.
